| HD-SUPRE (I) Vacuum Forming Machine
Integrating the latest technologies, Hongdu recently introduced
HD-SUPRE (I) vacuum forming machine, which features large molding
area, high production speed, stable performance and simple
operation. Based on the HDJX vacuum forming technology developed by
Hongdu, this machine integrates computer and manual operations,
installs frequency control and beam cooling auxiliary device,
enhances vacuum strength, improves heating device, and solves
previous production problems. It is a high-quality vacuum forming
machine with reasonable price and high production efficiency.
Features:
1. The lift stroke of upper mold and the move of intermediate
advancing and retreating materials receiving rack and other parts
with major travel all adopt electric adjustment, which is accurate,
symmetrical and stable, and adjusts in synchronization with the
move of lower mold.
2. The electric furnace adopts thermometer to automatically control
the heating switch; single constant booster control makes the
temperature more suitable for sheet heating, easy to control and
consume less electricity.
3. The sheet feeding uses electric motor worm wheel to gear down
and have frequency control; the rotary encoder works with text
display to set the length; easy operation.
4. This machine applies vibration demolding and secondary molding
function, in order to ensure perfect product molding and prevent
product from deshaping, such as molding thickness, undercut, splay
mark, and difficult demolding angle.
5. This machine also adopts front-open, mid-open, back-open, fans,
water spray, mold and other actions, which can be separately
controlled under automatic or manual operation status. It is more
suitable for the prototyping of a variety of products.
6. Materials loading uses electrical double-station feeding device,
featuring convenient and fast operation.
7. This machine adopts imported electrical components (the time
relay applies Omron liquid crystal display form or PLC form) and
pneumatic components to ensure machine quality.
8. The pneumatic line of the machine employs centralized control,
which is easy to operate during production process. Functions:
The producibility of toy boxes, food boxes, medicine boxes and
electrical products made by ABS, PC, PMMA, PET, PP, PE, PVC, HIPS
